Payment can be made using all major
credit or debit cards using our secure server, you can also pay by Paypal
or NOCHEX using your account.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order

checkout page a reserve
will then be placed on the item for 7 days only until your payment has
been received, after this period if no payment has been received the
item will go back on sale Please allow 5 working days for
clearance if paying by cheque before your order is sent out. Cheques must be
sent with a guarantee number and made payable to Mothers 2B.

Your order will be posted out the same day as
cleared payment received before 3pm or the next day, except weekends and
bank holidays I will endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours except
at weekends. Please note that over some Bank Holidays and weekends and when
we are closed for holidays orders may still be placed but if you choose to
pay by cheque or postal order on the checkout page your item will not be
reserved until I return to reserve it, to ensure items are reserved please
pay by credit or debit card applies holidays and bank holidays at all other times

Deliveries typically take 3-5 days.
All items are
posted 2nd class Royal Mail (unless prior arrangement) or Standard Parcel
service if the package is too heavy for 2nd class. Items ordered will be
packaged securely and well wrapped in tissue paper and plastic and then a
plastic mailing bag.
A certificate of postage is always
obtained this covers you for up to £32 of loss or damage.
Mothers 2B will accept no
responsibility for customers who do not provide us with the correct posting
information for items that go missing please ensure that your correct
address is given to us when you order however we will endeavour to track any
missing parcels
In the event of a missing parcel
please notify us after 5 working days have expired. However as I use Royal
Mail they are unable to trace parcels until the 15th working day after it
was dispatched.
Postage and packaging costs are included in the price you see. If an item is to be
returned for any reason then the postage costs are incurred by yourself .

Refund Policy A full refund
will be given if the items received are not as described or don't fit
subject to their satisfactory return, (ie in the original sent condition). If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please
contact us first and then return it to us within 7 days, in the original
sent condition and we will exchange
the item or issue you with a full refund minus a £1.00 administration cost.
( your statutory rights are not
affected). Mothers 2B will not be held responsible for any returns going
missing you MUST obtain a certificate of posting and claim from royal mail
the amount of the missing item. Please note it is in your best interests to
check the sizes of the garments and ask for other measurements if you are
not sure to save yourself costs on returning items
We make every effort to keep all our products up to date at all times,
however sometimes it may not be possible to update the site due to
unforeseen circumstances( ie kids!!!) if you are unsure about an item then give us a
call and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES FOR YOU
AGENCY AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms and conditions (this applies if we are
going to market your clothes for you, a copy will be sent for you to sign)
We (Mothers 2B) will act as your agent to market your clothes at a price
agreed by Mothers 2B and yourself.
We will promote your clothes for an agreed time frame either 6 or 12
months or until termination of our agreement by either Mothers 2B or
yourself giving one months notice in writing.
You will earn 50% of the selling price of each item given to us to market.
Each item is sold as a separate item and you will be paid your proportion
when the item is sold. (please note Mothers 2B accepts no responsibility for
remittance sent through the post going missing due to customers moving
address and failing to inform us)
If any item(s) remain unsold after the first period of marketing ( see
table below) we exercise the right to reduce the item in price by 25% and
after the second period of marketing by a further 25%. After the full
marketing period an agreement is made between Mothers 2B and yourself
whether the item be sold at a sale price or returned unsold.

Items are insured while entrusted to Mothers 2B.
If you do not live in the West Yorkshire area and you need
to send your clothes into us they will be delivered to us at your own risk
and postage will be paid for by yourself, likewise any items to be returned
due to wrong description will be at your own expense and we strongly
recommend postal insurance be taken out for the value of your clothes.
All items are posted 2nd class royal mail . If you wish your item to be sent
1st class or registered post then you must contact us first so we can obtain a price for
you. Do not hesitate to contact us at Mothers 2B with any questions
regarding postage we are always happy to help. PRIVACY POLICY We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your
order and second, to provide you with the best possible service
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from
another trader in the future
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

credit/debit card details We will never collect sensitive
information about you without your explicit consent
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the
information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any
inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic
Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our
site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on

The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you
